Overall Property Description:  This 1,280 acre ranch was believed to be one of the largest free-range all natural hog producers in the United States and will be offered in 7 tracts. The over-all terrain consists of open rolling plains, very well suited for cattle grazing and small grain production (wheat, Milo, corn, and sunflowers). Zoning: Agricultural classification. Water: There is no known irrigation rights associated with the property. There are several water wells for the use of watering agricultural animals and domestic needs.

Auction Registration For Real Estate: To bid at the auction, you must register and receive a bid number. Certified funds in the amount of $5,000.00 made payable to the buyer/bidder, is required to bid or Bank letter of credit. Registration will start at 8 A.M.

Auction Terms: 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the highest bid price to determine the total contract price.  Ten percent (10%) of the total contract price (down payment) will be due immediately after being declared the Buyer of the real estate. The certified check made out to the buyer/bidder in the amount of $5,000.00 will be required to register for this auction! Certified check will be applied to the down payment. Balance due at closing. Possession will be given at closing.
