This tract consists of approximately 160 more or less. According to Texas County Farm Service Agency this tract is combined with Tract #2, there is 315.4 crop land acres with a 178.3 acre wheat base, 130.4 corn base, with a 48 bushel wheat yield and a 109 bushel corn yield.
