AUCTION LOCATION: From Crescent, OK. go 5 miles north on Hwy 74, west side of road, or from Hwy 74 & 51 (13 mls south of Covington, OK.) 5.5 miles south, watch for signs!

TRACT # 1

Legal Description: S/2 of SE/4 & 10 acres in the N/2 of SE/4 of 14-18N-4 W.I.M. Logan County, OK.

Taxes: $1,556.12
