This is a very nice quarter section of land that consists of approximately 159 acres more or less.  According to the county Farm Service Agency there is 155.55 DCP cropland acres, 152.10 wheat base, and 31 bushel yield.

This farm has an excellent 5 barbed wire fence around it with entry locations on the east and north side of the property.  There is electric on north side of property. Water well also but looks like it needs some repair. This farm is perfect for running cattle on and has potential for waterfowl hunting with some water coming in from the north.
