Vehicles/Trailers/ATV: Any vehicle or trailer sold will come with Bill of Sale or Title. If stated No Title then only Bill of Sale will be transferred to new buyer. This will usually take a week to 10 business days for this to be sent out by certified mail.
Out of state Buyers BEWARE: Oklahoma does not require titles on trailers. So, in many instances there are no titles for trailers sold
Pick UP: Items can be picked up from specific location at designated pick up times. Look at the web site for details on this. Beaver Valley Logistics, LLC provides shipping and transportation services to winning bidders on ag, construction and fleet type assets. Beaver Valley Logistics does not provide shipping on items weighing less than 1,000 pounds.

Non-Pick up: In most cases you are given 2 weeks to get items removed from auction location. If items are not picked up in this time frame seller will have the right to have the item(s) remove with no reimbursement to the buyer
10% Buyer’s Premium: will vary depending on agreement negotiated with sellers. This is addition to the purchase price. Sales Tax is not added on the Buyer’s Premium.
Sales Tax: Tax may apply to the total invoice for all instate buyers unless you have a resale or exemption for OK. All out of state buyers are required to claim all sales in the state they reside in.
Payment Options: Visa, Discover, American Express and Master Card Credit and wires are the accepted methods of payment for this auction.

Items Sold at Live Auction: Once the auctioneer declares the item sold it becomes the buyer’s property. It is your responsibility to make arrangements or get the items picked up.
