Vehicles/Trailers/ATV: Any vehicle or trailer sold will come with Bill of Sale or Title. If stated No Title then only Bill of Sale will be transferred to new buyer.

This will usually take a week to 10 business days for this to be sent out by certified mail.

Out of state Buyers BEWARE: Oklahoma does not require titles on trailers. So, in many instances there are no titles for trailers sold

Pick UP: Items can be picked up from specific location at designated pick up times. Look at the web site for details on this. BUYER(S) AGREE to remove any and all of his or her property purchased from a Lippard Auction within (48 hours) ON SMALL ITEMS (UNDER 50LBS) AND (10-14) DAYS (14) DAYS ON LARGE ITEM/ EQUIPMENT (OVER 50LBS) of the end of said auction.  There are NO EXCEPTIONS!! Buyer is solely responsible to keep insurance coverage on items being bought, in the event of thief, weather, or any other cause of damage

Any property purchased (whether paid for or not) that is left after (48 hours) ON SMALL ITEMS AND (10-14) DAYS ON LARGE EQUIPMENT of the end of the auction shall be considered to be abandoned by Buyer(s) and shall be disposed of by Auctioneer in whatever manner or means Auctioneer so desires, without any liability or accounting owed to Buyer(s). UNLESS sell requires items to be picked up by specific time.

To ship all items less than 30 pounds. They will pack as many items in one box to save money for the buyer. They reserve the right to charge $5+ for box and up to $5+ for packing if needed. They will ship Parcel Post or Fed Ex; you will be charged Actual shipping cost plus insurance on the purchase price, you will be notified of the exact amount and tracking number via email. 

Shipping items over 30#:

For items over 30# Buyer will be responsible to have Craters & Freighters Specialty Packing & Shipping Co.  pack & ship all items including furniture & larger items or any items needing special or unique packaging or shipping.  You will be put in contact, once we determine what you will be packing/shipping, with Craters and Freighters (866-409-7888) and pay them directly for all services provided.

Shipping and Transportation
Beaver Valley Logistics, LLC provides shipping and transportation services to winning bidders on ag, construction and fleet type assets. Beaver Valley Logistics does not provide shipping on items weighing less than 1,000 pounds.

In order to provide accurate shipping quotes, please supply the following information.

• Origin city, state, and zip code
• Destination city, state, and zip code
• Auction date and item number
• Commodity description
• Destination unloading capabilities (dock, forklift, etc.)

Beaver Valley Logistics will recommend the safest, most reliable and cost-effective transportation options.

Any shipping/transportation arrangements are ultimately between the buyer and the shipping company and not Lippard Auctioneers Inc.

Winning bidders may choose to make transportation arrangements themselves, provided that all removal terms and conditions are met. Lippard Auctioneers Inc., does not provide packing or rigging services. 

Non-Pick up: In most cases you are given 2 weeks to get items removed from auction location. If items are not picked up in this time frame seller will have the right to have the item(s) remove with no reimbursement to the buyer. 

Buyer’s Premium: will vary depending on agreement negotiated with sellers. This is addition to the purchase price. Sales Tax is not added on the Buyer’s Premium. 

Sales Tax: Tax may apply to the total invoice for all instate buyers unless you have a resale or exemption for OK. All out of state buyers are required to claim all sales in the state they reside in. 

Payment Options: Visa, Discover, American Express and Master Card Credit and wires are the accepted methods of payment for this auction 

Wiring Instructions:  Will be provided upon request, if applicable 

Checkout Date & Time: Day of the auction unless other arrangements have been made. We will make every effort to touch base with you to let you know you are the winning bidder. Your credit card on file will be charged for the full amount. Once shipping price has been established then Lippard Auctioneers will charge your card actual cost for packaging and shipping and notify you of the amount and the tracking number. 

Items Sold at Live Auction:  Once the auctioneer declares the item sold it becomes the buyer’s property. It is your responsibility to make arrangements or get the items picked up. There is no security watch for these items. Be sure to make arrangements with Auction Company if you need us to assist with securing your items 

Any and All Items sold: Lippard Auctioneers Inc will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present to preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determining factor. Lippard Auctioneers Inc. shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Lippard Auctioneers Inc or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Auction Company reserves the right to bid on their own behalf, on the behalf of a bid left by other buyers
