This farm consists of approximately 160 acres more or less. According to the county Farm Service Agency, there is 118.3 DCP cropland, 111.8 wheat base and 29 PLC yield.
The balance of the farm is in timber, creek, pasture area and pipe cattle corrals, rural water and a 12’x23’ metal storage building. Some of the pasture was planted to Jose Ryegrass.
