Directions: From Hwy 81 and E 0700 Rd (Beard Oil Blacktop) which is located 1 mile North of Dover, travel 4 miles east on E 0700 Rd (BOB) to N 2900 Rd. Go 1 mile north on N 2900 Rd. The tract of land is located on the NE corner of N 2900 Rd and E 0690 Rd.
