Directions: From Hwy 74 & Breckenridge Blacktop in Garber, OK. Go 5 miles north, then 2 miles east, or from the intersection of Hwy 74 & 15 (Billings Blacktop) go 2 miles south, then 2 miles east.
Description: This farm is comprised of approximately 160 acres and according to the county F.S.A. office there is 133.40 DCP cropland acres with 127.20 wheat base acres and a 38- bushel yield. The farm has an approved PLC contract for 2024. The balance of the farm is in grass pasture timber and a pond. Pond does need to be cleaned out again.
